Submission Guidelines

Originality: All content must be 100% original and exclusive to Green Kalahari Design. It should not appear anywhere else online or in print.
Word Count: Aim for articles between 800-1200 words.
Accuracy: Support all claims with credible sources. Link to research, industry reports, or reputable organizations where applicable.
Tone: Maintain a professional, informative, and engaging tone. Avoid overly technical jargon without clear explanation.
Formatting: Use clear headings, subheadings, and bullet points to improve readability. Present complex ideas in an accessible manner.

What Not to Submit

We do not accept overtly promotional articles for products or services. Do not submit content generated by artificial intelligence tools. We publish human-written work only. Previously published articles or pitches that have appeared on other websites will be declined.

How to Submit Your Pitch

Send a brief pitch to [email protected]. Include your proposed article title, a concise summary (150-200 words), and a short bio highlighting your relevant experience. Attach links to 2-3 previous writing samples if available. Please do not send full articles unless specifically requested by our editorial team.

Review Process and Compensation

We review all submissions within 2-4 weeks. If your pitch aligns with our editorial needs, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. Compensation details for accepted articles will be discussed individually upon acceptance of your pitch. We reserve the right to edit all submitted content for clarity, grammar, style, and length.
